Shadow Prompts
Insight
You've acknowledged a hidden truth. This awareness is the first step to integration.
Your shadow holds power.
By seeing it, you reclaim that power.
Mirror Exercise
What we dislike in others often reflects our shadow.
Consider: Do you suppress this quality in yourself?
Or fear becoming this way?
This is your shadow asking to be seen.
Inner Child
What did your younger self need to hear?
You are heard
Your inner child has received your message.
You are safe now.
You are heard.
You are loved.
The child within you can finally rest.
The Disowned Self
What parts of yourself have you buried to fit in?
What talent, desire, or trait have you suppressed?
What would you do if you weren't afraid of judgment?
Reclaiming
These disowned parts of you still exist. They're waiting for permission to return.
You don't need anyone's permission.
Your authentic self is valid.
It's never too late to reclaim who you are.
Projection Awareness
Jealousy is a compass pointing to your unlived life.
What do they have that you want?
The Truth
This is your unlived potential calling you. You wouldn't desire it if it wasn't possible for you.
Jealousy is not shameful.
It's a message from your soul.
What you admire in others exists within you too.
Dark Thought Release
A safe space for the thoughts you've never spoken.
Released
Acknowledged. Released. You are still whole.
Dark thoughts don't make you bad.
They make you human.
By releasing them, you take away their power.
You are free.
Persona vs True Self
The mask you wear vs who you really are.
Who do people think you are?
Who are you when no one is watching?
The Gap
The distance between your persona and true self is where your shadow lives.
You don't have to perform for anyone.
Your true self is enough.
Slowly, you can let the mask fall.
Integrating the Shadow
Accepting all parts of yourself.
Integration
I accept all parts of myself, even the ones I don't understand yet.
Your shadow is not your enemy.
It's a lost part of you.
By accepting it, you become whole.
You are complete, exactly as you are.
